We found Extreme Auto thanks to Costco. While there, I found several personnel to be respectful, considerate, genuine, and knowledgeable. The customers were treated like family, loyal and trusting their vehicles to Extreme Auto. Mike and staff helped me with a noise and dashboard lights that were on intermittently, and very persistent. I needed to take it back again, but they were dedicated in researching the issue and more than accommodating in repairing the issue, a previous problem, and supporting me with their knowledge and expertise, a loaner vehicle, and tow when I was stranded on the highway. I am so appreciative for their assistance in making my ride run smoothly again! I am very pleased with the service I received from Mike, his manager, and the team qualified technicians!
