I was very pleased with the service on my car last week. I had to drop it off on an emergency basis because it was stalling. Mike was attentive to what I was saying, and assuring but not overpromising on what they would find, since there were no visible codes. I needed a ride to work since I had to drop off the car, and a very pleasant young woman drove me, and we had a very interesting conversation on the way. It took over a day to try to duplicate the problem, and then another to fully troubleshoot what they thought was the issue, but they kept at it until it resolved. Once it was confirmed, they got the part and had my car done by mid-day, ready for pickup on my way home. Mike worked with me to communicate and make sure things continued to progress. When I called, Heather was very helpful in making sure I would get a response. My car is working great!
